The Harvard Community Services Center’s Community Development Corporation (CDC) consists of programs that promote the stabilzation, and provision of economic growth in the Ward 1 Community of Lee-Harvard/Miles-Seville Neighborhoods.
Programs include Housing Repair, Rehab and Improvements, Light Indoor cleaning, obtaining loans or Utility Reduction Programs.
Programs include Garden Club, Native Planting, Side Yard Expansions, and Rain Barrel- Water Conservation.
Programs include Commercial Development, Storefront Renovation, Business Development, Retention, and Expansion.
